We asked our artisans to express in the glass the effect of bare branches arranged in natures harmonic variety. To capture this concept the artisans drip a thin syrup of dark brown glass across the surface of the molten form of a clear glass cup. As a consequence, each glass cup exhibits its own unique pattern. Think of it as Jackson Pollack calmed by a Mies van de Rohe sensibility.
