To use, heat your Warmies in the microwave for up to 90 seconds. Ensure your microwave is clean and that the turntable can rotate freely. Follow the heating guide attached to your Warmies for optimal results. Enjoy soothing warmth for up to 2 hours, and reheat when the product has cooled to room temperature. For cooling relief, place your Warmies in a grip seal freezer bag and chill in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Each Warmies® Bottle contains carefully selected organic filling material and dried French lavender, ensuring a natural and comforting experience. For maintenance, surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth to keep your Warmies in pristine condition.
